FROM DUPONT'S ROBERT WALDROP
Now just retired after 35 years in the business, I'll say that in the 5+ years that I managed the Insulectro distribution account for DuPont MicroCircuit Materials (conductive, dielectric and resistive pastes), I observed several things:
Insulectro's people are really valued by the Redfern Group (Insulectro's owners & managers). Many of their employees have been with the company for 20, 30 even 40! years, a rarity in this day and age. The employees are all REALLY committed to the fact that if their customers succeed, they also succeed and because of this they remain flexible and supportive 100% of the time. People that feel like their company actually cares about them do a better job for their company which also translates into them doing a better job for their customers and suppliers.
Insulectro and the team I worked with really pushed us as a supplier to improve our delivery times. As the industries that we all served need to improve delivery speed and time to market this forced DuPont to improve and to try new and different approaches to further improve.
The Insulectro team members are all honorable and trustworthy in their business practices. This was and remains CORE to working with DuPont.
As a result of the above, DuPont is trusting more and more of our longtime accounts to Insulectro.
