DuPont 5000 is a screen printable silver filled conductive ink used for the fabrication of printed circuits on flexible substrates such as polyester. This ink will adhere to both print treated and non-print treated substrates while providing high conductivity, excellent flexibility, printability and abrasion resistance. This ink can be printed through a 280 stainless screen or a 195 polyester mesh screen and dried at 120-140°C for 1-8 minutes depending on dryer conditions. DuPont 5000 is fully compatible with DuPont 5018 dielectric and DuPont 7102 carbon and can be thinned using DuPont 8260 solvent.
