MICROMAX
Micromax® 5025
Item number: DP502500-100G
A versatile, widely used screen printable silver conductive ink that possesses superior electrical and physical properties.
material notes
DuPont 5025 is a robust screen printable silver conductive ink that is process-friendly with excellent conductivity and flexibility. This ink has higher operating temperatures than competitive products making it suitable for a wider range of applications such as heater bus bars in addition to printed circuitry on flexible substrates. It can be printed using a 325SS mesh resulting in a dried film thickness of ~0.0005" when dried at 120-140°C for 1-6 minutes. This ink can be printed onto polyester, polyimides, paper or epoxy glass. It is compatible withe DuPont 5018 dielectric and DuPont 7105 and 8144 carbons. The recommended thinner is DuPont 8210.Key Properties
