MICROMAX
Micromax® 5028
Item number: DP502800-100G
A rapid drying highly conductive screen printable silver ink. It is well suited to a variety of printing methods with good response to lamination for further improvement to conductivity. Widely used by Smartcard manufacturers.
material notes
DuPont 5028 is a highly-conductive screen printable silver ink that can be applied to a variety of substrates such as polyester, paper or epoxy glass. Several application methods can be used, in addition to screen-printing, such as reel to reel and rotary screen applications. It can be dried between 120-140°C in 1-6 minutes. Screen printing with a 325SS mesh screen will result in dry film thickness of 0.0003-0.0004". This product is fully compatible with DuPont 5018 dielectric, DuPont 7102 carbon and DuPont 3610 thinner.Key Properties
