Micromax® 7102
Item number: DP710200-100G
A solvent-based, screen printable carbon that possesses good conductivity for printing polymer thick film traces
material notes
DuPont 7102 is a solvent-based carbon conductive ink that can be screen-printed that provides lower resistance traces than other similar carbon products. It can be used as a standalone product for shielding or overprinting of silver traces to prevent oxidation and silver migration. It can also be used in custom blends to achieve a wide range of resistance values when used with DuPont 7082 and DuPont 5036. It can be printed using a 200SS mesh to achieve a dry film thickness of 0.0005" and dried at 120°C for 1-6 minutes. Thinning can be accomplished using DuPont 3610.Key Properties
